The customer will cover all costs associated with the return of any goods purchased from Omafiets, unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty then we will meet our obligations under the ‘Consumer Guarantees Act’ to provide a remedy.
Please ensure you include the correct documentation when returning goods. If you are unsure about what to include please read our warranty policy or contact us.
If you are packaging goods for return please ensure you package goods appropriately to prevent any damage in transit.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
